Projects That Should Be Closed - Oracle

The Projects That Should be Closed process displays four common criteria that closed projects usually have and displays active projects that meet these criteria in a portlet. This is especially useful for project data cleanup. This portlet will identify projects that it thinks should be closed based on:
• Time Tracking
• No Updates
• Created date
• No Issues or Risks

All of the dates may be altered in the filter to allow show the projects that meet your specific criteria. For example, you may want a cut-off of 30 days without time entry, 30 days without task updates, 180 days since creation, and 30 days without Risks or Issues.
